  •   1987年毕业于浙江大学地质系,1994年获巴黎第七大学博士学位,1994-1995年伦敦大学Royal Holloway学院地质系博士后。历任中国科学院广州地球化学研究所副研究员、研究员、室副主任、主任、副所长、所长。现任中国科学院广州地球化学研究所研究员、同位素地球化学国家重点实验室主任. 先后当选中国科学院院士(2017)、美国地质学会(GSA)会士(2018)、美国地球物理联合会(AGU)会士(2021)、国际地球化学学会/欧洲地球化学协会(GS/EAG)会士(2022)。

      主要从事地幔岩石学、地球化学和深部动力学研究。先后主持了国家973项目、基金委创新群体和国家杰出青年基金项目、中科院B类先导专项、广东省基础与应用基础研究重大项目等,在华北克拉通破坏、峨眉山大火成岩省和地幔柱以及东亚大地幔楔等方面取得创新认识。担任国家基金委重大研究计划“地球宜居性的深部驱动机制”专家组组长、重大研究计划“西太平洋多圈层作用”专家组副组长。已发表论文350余篇,其中SCI论文280余篇,主编Lithos和Episodes专集四部;Google Scholar引用27100余次,H-index 87,入选World’s Top 2% Scientists 2020和中国Top200榜单,连续8年入选Elsevier高被引中国学者名录。以第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖(2011, 2020)、广东省科学技术一等奖(2006, 2014)、李四光地质科学奖等。
