严爽,湖北鄂州人,汉族,中共党员。主要从事岩浆热液型铁矿和稀有稀土矿床成因机制研究,并重点关注低铀矿物U-Pb同位素定年技术研发和应用。2012年本科毕业于中国地质大学(武汉)地质学理科基地班,2018年博士毕业于中国科学院广州地球化学研究所,同年7月进入我所博士后流动站工作,2022年6月起任副研究员。目前在Journal of Geophysical Research、Geological Society of America Bulletin、Ore Geology Reviews和Journal of Asian Earth Sciences等期刊发表第一/通讯作者SCI论文10篇,主持国家自然科学青年基金、中国科学院广州地化所所长青年基金等多个课题。

(1)聚焦U-Th-Pb同位素地质年代学,基于飞秒激光电感耦合等离子体质谱平台开发多种热液低铀矿物和矿石矿物U-Pb定年技术,约束Fe-Sn-REE等金属矿床成矿时代及岩浆-热液演化时限,拓展矿物微区U-Pb定年方法的应用。
(2)基于Fe-Mo等稳定同位素体系对成矿金属矿源岩浆岩进行了地幔溯源研究,阐释了地幔交代介质与成矿专属性的耦合关系;基于多接受电感耦合质谱平台,与合作者联合开发多种非传统稳定同位素分析方法。
